La Leyenda del Urutaú

La leyenda correntina dicen tiempos remotos una bellísima joven se enamoró de un joven forastero, quien, luego de obtenidos su favores le dijo que era el dios Cuarajhi (el sol en guaraní) y que debía regresar al cielo. La noche se aproximaba y él debía partir. Ella para poder seguir viéndolo se subió al árbol más alto, y desde allí, mientras lloraba la desdicha de perderlo, se transformó en pájaro.
