In Mexican mythology is the name given to the god who became the goddess of the moon. In Native American cultures native deities were associated with environmental elements. The image of the supreme deity was represented, in some cases, by the Sun, and the female figure, by the Moon. The list of names is nothing strange in the different indigenous cultures, and he was associated a pet snake in her stomach that carried water from the sky.
